Our Managing Editor Advises:
"Visual art should communicate on multiple levels, intellectually, aesthetically, and emotionally. We appreciate artwork that challenges us but remains true to common-sense design concepts. We are not concerned with the content as much as the execution, and what that execution communicates about the subject. Composition, framing, and a distinct eye are things we look for in artwork. And in the end, is the image interesting? Does it say something new?"
